Refund policy
Returns Outside Ukraine:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective. In that case, please contact us at parallel.cooperation@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @parallel50th.
Returns Within Ukraine:
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure to keep the original packaging, as it is required for returns. If you would like to return your item or exchange it for a different size, please contact us at parallel.cooperation@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @parallel50th.
Please note:
A large part of our clothing is made to order. Items made to order are subject to a different return process, as they are not part of our regular stock. In such cases:
Please contact us first to confirm whether your item is eligible for return.
Describe the reason for your return request in as much detail as possible.
We will do our best to work with you and find a solution that suits both parties.
This process applies specifically to returns within Ukraine.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within several business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for the same one in a different size, please email us or message us on Instagram.
Shipping Costs & Notes:
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For international orders, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. If you’re returning an item worth over €70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
