Refund policy
Returns Outside Ukraine: Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective. In that case, please contact us at parallel.cooperation@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @parallel50th.
Ukraine: You may return your item within 14 days, so please keep the packaging for returns. If you wish to return your item or change the size, please contact us at parallel.cooperation@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @parallel50th.
Refunds (if applicable): After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at parallel.cooperation@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @parallel50th.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if you order from outside Ukraine, various fees such as customs duties or taxes may apply and will need to be paid by you. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item worth over €70, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
