Product Production

Since each of our products is unique, the production process requires time. The production of items takes from 2 to 4 working days. We approach each order carefully to ensure you receive not just a product, but an exclusive item that will delight you for years to come.

Delivery within Ukraine

Once your product is ready, we will send it to any Nova Poshta branch or a Nova Poshta parcel locker. Delivery time is 1-3 working days, depending on the location.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out according to Nova Poshta’s tariffs, and the cost of delivery is paid by the customer. You can find out the exact delivery cost by visiting Nova Poshta’s website or by inquiring with the operator during checkout.

Nova Poshta Delivery Process:

1. Tracking number: Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
2. Tracking your package: You can track the package through the Nova Poshta website or mobile app.
3. Delivery to a branch or parcel locker: You can pick up your order at the nearest Nova Poshta branch or in a convenient parcel locker.

International Delivery

We also offer delivery outside Ukraine. The delivery time depends on the destination country and is from 4 working days.
